Services: Staple and Layer offers customized event design services, including concept development, floral design, and vintage rentals and coordination. The specific services included in your project will be clearly outlined in a signed proposal.

Payments: To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance will be due in full before your event.

Changes & Cancellations: We understand that adjustments may be necessary. However, any changes to the agreed-upon design plan or rentals must be submitted in writing at least 90 days before the event. Changes made within this timeframe may incur additional fees.

Inventory: We take pride in maintaining our exquisite vintage collection in excellent condition. However, normal wear and tear is expected. We are not responsible for minor scratches or imperfections inherent to vintage pieces. In the case of significant damage or loss of a rental item, the client will be responsible for the replacement cost.

Limited Liability: It is understood that Staple and Layer is in no way responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property, relating to rental items, however caused. Staple and Layer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at anytime.

Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God, may necessitate delays or cancellations. We will not be held liable for such occurrences.

Maximum Damages: Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages he or she is entitled to in any claim relating to this Agreement or Services provided in this Agreement are not to exceed the Total Cost of Services provided by Staple and Layer.

Intellectual Property: All designs, concepts, and creative materials developed by Staple and Layer remain our intellectual property.

Respecting Our Creative Work: At Staple and Layer, we take pride in the originality and creativity poured into our designs, concepts, and website content. These elements are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You're welcome to share and enjoy our content, but please credit Staple and Layer clearly. Link back to the original source on our website whenever possible. You cannot claim ownership of our work, modify it, or use it in a way that suggests it's your own creation. This includes content attributed to third parties featured on our website.
